One year. So much can happen. At CDJR of Willoughby, we’re counting down the days until the complete 2025 Dodge lineup lands in our showroom. This year promises big changes, major milestones, and a few fond farewells. It’s thrilling. It’s a little nerve-wracking. Above all, it’s anything but boring. Buckle up for a quick look at what’s coming next for Dodge this year.
Dodge Charger
The old-school Hemi V8 Charger is out. Yes, we’ll miss that ground-shaking rumble. But in its place?
- Twin-turbocharged I6 producing either 420 or 550 horsepower (depending on the tune)
- A lighter overall setup for better agility and improved fuel efficiency
- Plenty of torque for that muscle-car grin you crave
Purists might balk, but we call it progress. Still want an electrified approach to your adrenaline rush? Look no further than the upcoming Charger Daytona EV, packing up to 670 hp and introducing a futuristic spin on Dodge’s muscle heritage.
Dodge Durango
It stays old-school—for now. This year, the Hemi V8 remains under the Durango’s hood. You can pick between the 5.7-liter or the 6.2-liter Hellcat variant. They’re both wild. They’re both thrilling. They’re both likely on their way out soon—so 2025 might be your last chance to nab this kind of power in a Durango.
Dodge Hornet
Small. Powerful. Surprisingly fun. The Dodge Hornet only launched recently, so don’t expect big changes for 2025. You do get paddle shifters on the GT and GT Plus trims if you add the Track package—just enough to sweeten the pot. The Hornet’s still quick, still stylish, and still finding its footing in a crowded market. If you’re looking for a compact Dodge SUV with some sting, this one’s it.
Dodge Challenger
Yes, it vanished in 2023. Don’t panic. A new Challenger EV is coming in 2025, blending classic muscle styling with cutting-edge battery tech. It’s different. It’s bold. It’s still the Challenger brand you love. Expect:
- A Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust that replicates the iconic Challenger roar
- Wide-body design, reminiscent of the beloved gas-powered muscle
- Standard all-wheel drive, because why not harness that electric torque at all four corners?
Next-Gen Dodge Durango
Rumors about the future of the Durango are swirling. Some say the current Durango is on borrowed time. A next-gen version could soon trade its Hemi for a Hurricane twin-turbo six, producing anywhere between 420 to 510 horsepower.
The next-gen Durango will be more powerful and efficient than ever before. The big question is when. Until that day arrives, the 2025 Durango you know and love keeps charging forward.
Dodge Ram 1500
Dodge’s legendary truck still sets the standard for 2025. New engines, new trim levels, and more premium touches. The Tungsten trim in particular looks poised to blow minds with 540 horsepower and a plush interior. If you love pickups that can out-haul and out-class the competition, the 2025 Ram 1500 will speak your language.
Drive Into the Future With Dodge
Many thought Dodge would slow down after saying goodbye to the iconic V8 Chargers and Challengers. Wrong. They’re just switching gears. Turbocharged 6-cylinders. EV powertrains. Special-edition Hemis (while they last). More choice, more variety, more forward momentum. Dodge is good at holding onto tradition with one hand and blazing a new trail with the other.
